Older Canberra homes and restoration-sensitive surfaces, where the wrong product costs more than the repaint did.
Painting to a sale campaign, scheduled around the photos, the opens and settlement rather than around us.
Bare substrate through to handover, with the finish checked against what the builder and the owner each expect to see.
Cabinetry, doors and wet-area walls, in systems that survive steam, splashes and a weekly wipe down.
New work matched to old so the join does not announce itself, and the finish-up after the builders leave.
Whole rooms and whole homes: inside, and out where Canberra frosts get at the timber.

Tony or Tyson comes out, checks the surfaces, access and condition, and talks through what the job actually needs.
You get a clear scope and price for the work that is worth doing. No padding and no upselling.
Preparation first, tidy work while we are in the property, and a clean finish when we leave.
Anthony, known locally as Tony, and Tyson Farrington. Local painters who are careful with your property and straight about what is worth painting and what is not.
Tony’s father was a painter before him. Tyson is the third generation. We work out of Denman Prospect, across Canberra and the ACT.
You deal with the people doing the work, from the first inspection to the final coat.

No. Tony and Tyson are residential painters and take houses only: new builds, repaints inside and out, kitchens and bathrooms, extensions and renovations, heritage restoration and pre-sale presentation. Commercial sites, strata and body-corporate common areas are not work they take on.
Most jobs fall between $500 for a small single-room repaint and $50,000 or more for a large or heritage exterior. A full 3-bedroom interior is typically $6,000 to $12,000. See our house painting cost guide for the full breakdown.
