This page explains how we handle the details you send us through this website. It is written in plain language because that is how we work.

What we collect

When you send an inspection request, we receive what you put in the form: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the type of job, your timeframe and your description of the work. We do not collect anything you do not type in.

What we use it for

To reply to you, scope the job, arrange an inspection and quote the work. That is all. We do not sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to mailing lists.

Where it goes

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this website, and forwarded to the job-management system we use to track enquiries. Both are standard business tools and your details stay within that path.

Seeing or removing your details

Email tyson.farrington@gmail.com and we will show you what we hold or delete it. No forms, no waiting period.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which sets a cookie and reports standard events (such as page views and enquiry submissions) to Meta. We use it to measure how our advertising performs and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. The pixel does not receive anything you type into the enquiry form. You can limit how Meta uses this data in your Facebook ad preferences, or block the pixel with a browser content blocker.
